"Setup took a little figuring out"
I ordered from hangsmart.com and the product itself seems totally fine, but the setup took me longer than I thought it would. Maybe I missed something, but I expected it to be a bit more straightforward.
The instructions were confusing in a couple of spots, and I had to reread them a few times to make sure I was doing it right. It worked out in the end, so maybe it was just me, but I feel like the directions could be clearer

"Not as simple to install as I expected"
I really thought this was going to be a quick, easy install, but it ended up taking me way longer than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear to me, though maybe I just overthought it or missed something obvious. I had to redo the placement twice, which got frustrating. It might be totally fine for someone else, but for me it was more annoying than simple...

I reached out to support and just kept waiting, but nobody ever got back to me. I checked my inbox, my spam folder, refreshed a bunch of times, even waited a few days thinking maybe they were busy, but still nothing. It felt like my emails were just ignored

I ordered a bracket and the checkout process was straightforward, so no issues there. Shipping was just kind of average though... the tracking didn’t update for a couple days, which made me wonder where the package actually was.
It ended up arriving about a week later and the bracket was totally fine, even though the box looked a little banged up. Overall, not a bad experience... just wish the shipping communication had been a bit better.

"Didn’t work out for my setup"
I really thought this was going to be a quick and easy install, but nope. It didn’t line up with my TV the way I expected from the listing, and then my wall situation made it even worse. Once I got it up, it just felt kind of sketchy, like I didn’t trust it at all. Maybe it works better for a different setup, but for me it was a hassle. I ended up taking it back down and just buying a regular mount instead. Frustrating and a waste of time.

"Just didn’t feel right once it was up"
After I got the mount set up, it still felt a little loose to me. Maybe it would’ve held, but my gut was telling me not to trust it with my TV on the wall. I ended up taking it down quickly because I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving it there

"Pretty good overall"
These hangers have been fine for everyday use and they look nice enough in the closet. One of them did start to feel a little less sturdy after a few weeks, which was a bit disappointing for the price. Still, they’re not bad at all and do the job okay.
